Classroom activities and oral practice

Alessandra Maria Amarante Masson, is teaches of the Colégio Maria José and Peanuts English School in Poços de Caldas, MG. She gave us on Friday, day April 11, the second workshop and on Saturday, day April 12, the our first immersion. Alessandra certainly that's a good person!
On Friday she gave us several activities in the groups that made us further develop our speech. They were texts, reading, writing , games and other activities very good. During the lecture each group was asked to discuss about a single topic. The topics were: how to teach listening, how to teach grammar, how to teach vocabulary, how to teach speaking, how to teach writing. So, there were 5 groups. My group discussed how to teach to speak. We discussed the various forms which currently has to teach students how to speak. We mentioned that the Internet, the media, music, oral readings and others, are methods that can help students improve their speech. And improving the way of speaking, they can also improve the reading, listening, writing and also to read. And so these students will not be lost in the classroom and will have less difficulties in the future.
On Saturday was wonderful. Alessandra learned show us how it is possible administrating all the ways to teach English in a responsible way and fun. It was a moment of relaxation, joy and great practice in foreign language.
In the morning we did various activities, such as wireless phone, to develop listening and speaking. In the afternoon learned several ways to give a lesson, with dynamic, games and very content. In my opinion Alessandra is an extreme command of English and knows how to make a fun class. It mixes with entertainment content. In making laugh all the time had the didactic to show us that what matters is not only the field, but to merge it with much joy and relaxation. I loved and I am sure we all liked. Alessandra Thank you for providing us this time pleasant and very useful for us as future educators. I loved!
